In order to provide the safest and most effective work setting, we will begin offering curbside service only at our Austin, Texas location. Although we are open, we will be temporarily closing the main entrance to our showroom for walk-in traffic. One of our staff members will assist you outside.

Our store will continue to be disinfected several times throughout the day.
For vehicles requiring in-shop service, our staff has developed and implemented our own clean handling procedures designed for your protection, as well as ours.
Our staff, when handling your vehicle, vehicle keys and rack keys, will use disinfectine wipes on all hand contact surfaces.
For all clients, we will provide you with hand cleaning options and a clean pen and clipboard for all transactions.

Shipping Updates
With disruptions across all supply chains, we are efforting to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. This may mean your order ships from multiple warehouses.
Most orders are fulfilled from Rack Outfitters in Austin, TX. If an order or part of an order ships from a delayed warehouse, we will contact you before submitting your order to ensure this works with your timeframe.
