This weekly podcast is produced by the Harvard Business Review (HBR) and features leading thinkers in business, leadership, politics, journalism, entertainment and management. This podcast by productivity author and coach, Erik Fisher, teaches you how to choose the right projects, tasks and goals in work and life. The show features people who discuss all aspects of productivity, from getting the work done, getting it done right and the true end goal of productivity: living a meaningful life. Among the topics that have recently been on discussed on the program are taking action on the right things, learning from failure, and the power of structure, routines and flexibility.

The Tim Ferriss Show

A business podcast is by Tim Ferriss, author of The 4-Hour Workweek, and who The New York Times called “a cross between Jack Welch and a Buddhist monk.” Each episode deconstructs someone from an eclectic mix of professions, be it investing, sports, business, art, etc., and examines the tactics and tools they used for success in their field. Ferriss has featured Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Foxx, Pixar president Ed Catcall, Tony Robbins, music producer Rick Rubin and dozens more.

Manager Tools

Manager Tools is a podcast produced by a management consulting firm of the same name. It’s owned by Michael Auzenne and Mark Horstman, both West Point graduates and former army officers. They use their experience in technology, program management, and work in the restaurant and retail fitness industries to offer listens actionable recommendations to become more effective and productive managers.

Monocle’s weekly podcast featuring global business leaders, often times on location, discussing their entrepreneurial spirits and products. The People and Projects Podcast

Andy Kaufman, executive project coach, has been broadcasting since January 2009, providing interviews and insight on project management topics from leadership to productivity. There are free and premium podcasts and, like others, can qualify certified project management professionals with up to 30 Professional Development Units (PDUs). Episodes focus on project managers, project sponsors and leadership at all levels.

The 5 Minute PM Podcast

Just like the name says, this is a five-minute podcast in which news and project management themes are delivered fast, in practical terms and easily for the busy professional. Hosted by Ricardo Vargas, a Brazilian engineer, author of project management books and director of infrastructure and project management at the United Nations Office for Project Services.

The Lazy Project Manager

Host Peter Taylor, who we interviewed last year is the author of two best-selling books on project management. PM for the Masses

Cesar Abeid is an electrical engineer and project management professional, who focuses on construction project managers. Sensible Project Manager Podcast
