When Bendall repairs a piano, he tends to fix small things that might be amiss. These could be sticking keys, a broken string, or other such issues. Piano restoration, however, is much more involved.
When Bendall restores a piano, he generally takes it apart and rebuilds many of the worn-out parts so the piano will literally be restored to its new beauty, from the inside out. Not only will it sound wonderful once it is restored - it also looks the part.
