Less than two percent of all agents in the region were selected as nominees for the award, which is a customer service based achievement. One of Russo's clients referred to her as "The best Realtor in Walnut Creek CA."

Russo, along with other agents who were nominated, will be featured in the award section of Diablo Magazine for October. The award is from Five Star Professional, an organization that has been awarding agents for more than 10 years based on market research throughout the United States and Canada. The firm contacts homeowners who have made a recent home purchase and gathers information from them about their buying experience and more specifically, their real estate agent.
"The fact that my clients nominated me is heartwarming," Russo says. "I love helping people find their dream homes and that in itself is reward enough for me."
