Media has Lost Sight of the Fact that Casey Anthony was Convicted of Fraud, Forgery and Identity Theft and as such Can Not Work Doing the Duties of a Private Investigator for Patrick McKenna’s Detective agency in West Palm Beach Fl. Little Caylee Anthony was supposedly last seen on June 16, 2008; she was first reported missing, by Casey Anthony’s mother, on July 15, 2008. A day later, July 16th, 2008 Casey Anthony was arrested on charges of child neglect. She told police that Caylee had disappeared with a baby sitter. Casey Anthony was passing bad checks during the time period of July 8, 2008, July 10, 2008, July 12, 2008 and July 15, 2008, totaling almost $650.00 while her daughter Caylee Anthony was missing. On July 19, 2008 the victim contacted the Orange County Sheriff Dept and reported that Casey Anthony had apparently mailed out a payment of $574.00 to AT&T (cell phone bill) and that the check was processing her checking account, she closed checking account. The victim told the Orange County Sheriff Dept that in conversations with Casey Anthony’s mother that she told victim Casey was a liar and thief.
Generally, minimum requirements for state licensure as a private investigator in Florida include: being at least 21, possessing a high school diploma or the equivalent; and have U.S. citizenship or residency. Most states also have strict statutes prohibiting candidates who have felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions involving crimes of moral turpitude, (like stealing someones identity and cashing bad checks), from becoming private investigators. In Florida a person who engages in any activity for which chapter 493 requires a license (private investigation) and who does not hold the required license commits for a first violation a Misdemeanor of the First Degree. It is a violation of FS 493.612 for providing unlicensed private investigative activities. A person who was an owner, officer, partner, or manager of a licensed agency at the time of any activity that is the basis for revocation of the agency or branch office license or the school or training facility license and who knew or should have known of the activity shall have his or her personal licenses or approval suspended for 3 years and may not have any financial interest in or be employed in any capacity by a licensed agency or a school or training facility during the period of suspension. Orlando, Florida (CNN/In Session) — January 25, 2010, Casey Anthony pleaded guilty Monday to check fraud and was sentenced to time served. Anthony admitted stealing a checkbook from a friend, Amy Huizenga, and writing four checks worth nearly $650. She wiped tears from her eyes as she spoke briefly in court. The guilty plea means Casey Anthony now has six felony convictions on her record. Her arrest in the check case came during a highly-publicized police investigation into the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee.
Nancy Grace lit into Casey Anthony when TMZ talked to her about the AP interview where Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony–acquitted of her murder — said her daughter would be a “badass” if she were alive today. Attorney Cheney Mason told WESH 2 News that convicted felon Casey Anthony is a full -time researcher in West Palm Beach for her former defense team private investigator Patrick McKenna. Casey Anthony is a scam artist, a hustler and con man. Casey Anthony is also a convicted felon in Florida, she pleaded guilty in 2010 to 13 charges in a check-fraud case. Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland found Casey Anthony guilty on six of the charges: one count of grand theft, four counts of check forgery, and fraudulent use of personal identification, (she stole a friends identity to cash bad checks), Casey Anthony served one year of felony probation. OUTRAGEOUS: Casey Anthony loves her investigative work for private investigator Patrick McKenna. “I love the fact that I have a unique perspective and I get a chance to do for other people what so many others have done for me,” she said. The guilty plea in 2010, means Casey Anthony now has six felony convictions on her record. Admitted she stole a checkbook from her friend Amy Huizenga and wrote five checks totaling $644.25. Surveillance cameras had caught her using the checks to buy beer, food, lingerie and sunglasses at an Orlando-area Target in June 2008. She was sentenced to 412 days of time served in jail and one year of felony probation and ordered to pay $348 in court fees and $5,517.75 in investigative fees, see link click here.
As a convicted felon in Florida Casey Anthony is not eligible to do research work for a Florida private investigator, in actuality if she is doing research work on active cases for private investigator Patrick McKenna she is working as a unlicensed private eye. If Casey Anthony is doing investigative research for PI Pat McKenna then she would have access to commercial databases and the Florida Motor Vehicle database, both of which would provide Casey Anthony with an individuals name, address, date of birth, social security number, photos, Florida drivers license number, year and make of car with license plate number, and even possible credit card information, everything a check forger and identity thief like Casey Anthony could want. Casey Anthony has not applied, as of this date, 3/7/2017, for a Private Investigator Intern License that Patrick J. McKenna could sponsor as he is also the Manager of a Investigative Agency that he set up in October 2015 using his home address where Casey Anthony lives.

Casey Anthony lives in the South Florida home of Patrick McKenna, a private detective who was the lead investigator on her defense team. She also works for him, doing online social media searches and other investigative work. McKenna was also the lead investigator for OJ Simpson, when he was accused of killing his wife and acquitted; Anthony said she’s become fascinated with the case, and there are “a lot of parallels” to her own circumstances.
