We currently offer Physiotherapy, Pilates, Massage, Nutriton and Group Classes and our services are expanding as we find the right people to help propel the vision into the future.

About the Role

At the senior level you will be responsible for leading the charge with Physiotherapy and be confident to carry out any treatment, advising clients and maintaining quality records. Your case load will be between 30-40 hours per week and a passion for instructing others with tutorials and in services will help establish you as a leader. As the clinic grows you will be responsible for introducing new staff to the business and managing a growing client base.

At the Mid level you will be responsible for managing a regular case load including progression plans, patient notes and communications. For the driven Physio there is opportunity to grow into senior roles and help manage the clinic.

At the junior level you will have had some private practice experience and willing to learn and achieve results. With the right approach and personality you will be able to progress into more senior roles over time.

What we require:

• Senior 5+, Mid 2-5, Junior 0-1 years as a registered Physiotherapist in a private practice
• Registered with AHPRA
• Ability to work allotted time between 7:30 PM and 7:30 PM
• Lives close to the clinic (within 30 mins drive)
• Australian Residency
• Ability to work on your own confidently with clients in small groups (1:4)

What would be awesome:

• Have completed a recognised Pilates Course (eg. Polestar Pilates, STOTT, Clinical Pilates, APMA, Pilates International)
• Ability to utilise MET, and dry needling as effective treatment techniques
• Social media and marketing knowledge
• Exposure to the connect therapy assessment and treatment model by Linda-Joy Lee
