i recently purchase at VCsale and i got robbed paypal didnt help me at all and the claim was given to them , they claim that the order was processed and given to me , but i never received the virtul money matter of fact they claimed to give me a call and i didnt receive that either. it seems its a chinese or japanese page that states of being in the USA.
now paypal closed the case and i lost 21.49 dollars. im seriusly thinking into stop using paypal as a "safe way to pay" anyone knows other good site that will help me with this situation. because this was a scam and paypal seriusly did give them the right to steal from me im so **bleep**ing **bleep**...
