When I go to add money, it says that its unable to confirm personal information. And to go to resolution center to resolve it. But there is nothing in my resolution center. And I recieved an email from paypal a few days saying that:

My paypal is verified, I have my address, phone number, social security number, bank account, and credit card all linked to it. But I still can not add money. And there is nothing in the resolution center about it. So what can I do to going about fixing it?
