I've set up a new account for our Cub Scout Pack, set it as not for profit but have made a test payment through quickfile linked application and we've been charge the full 3.4%, was expecting 1.4%. We are registered with the charity commission, how do I get the charity fees set up I can't find any instructions. Thanks
