One question we have often been asked is what do we think are the best restaurants in Singapore. Here is our list of what we think are the best restaurants in Singapore based on our own experience. It is more like our list of restaurants which we would like to make many repeat visits. The 2016 Michelin Guide people have just released their star awards, some of the restaurants on this list have received stars, some did not. Where applicable, we have used an asterisk (*) to indicate the number of stars they were awarded.  We just hope they do not increase their prices!
