For rent a super cozy, bright, clean and furnished 34,5 m² studio apartment with a glassed-in balcony (with balcony furnitures) in Espoo, Laajahti near Otaniemi campus area. Available from now onwards. It is also possible to rent the apartment unfurnished or partly furnished.
The apartment is located in a peaceful and verdant area near the nature and the sea with great sports/outdoor activity possibilities. Laajalahti includes a nature preservation area near the seashore, with a hiking trail leading to Otaniemi. The apartment is about 700 meters away from this hiking trail.
Excellent connections to Otaniemi and Helsinki by bus or by bike. It is only 3 km to Aalto University so you can also walk there. It takes about 30 minutes to Helsinki, Kamppi by bus so this apartment is also good for a person who begins her/his studies/work in Helsinki for example at Hanken School of Economics or at University of helsinki.
The rent is 830 euros per month. Note that water and electricity are included in the rent! The rent is negotiable for longer periods.
Rented out for a non-smoking person who respects the property and neighbours, in other words keeps the apartment clean and does not cause nuisance or disturbance.
I prefer to rent this studio for one person only but it is also functional for two. If you would like to rent the apartment with a friend, there is a curtain rail attached to the ceiling in front of the alcove so it can be easily converted into its own space by curtains. For two tenants the rent is higher.
There is a fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven and an electric stove with an oven in the kitchen area. In the bathroom there is a washing machine. There is a bed, a desk, an extendable dining table, chairs, a sofa-bed, a television, a television table, several lamps and lights and a big mirror in the apartment. Bed linen, towels, pillow, duvet, a vacuum cleaner plus some basic cleaning stuff and some other small stuff is also found. There is a lot of closet space in the apartment.
The apartment building has a free laundry room, a free drying room, a sauna, a cold-storage space, a space where you can store your personal property and a room for vehicles that is used outside for example bikes or skis.
There is an opportunity to rent a parking space for your car.
The closest grocery store is only 450 m away. About 2,5 km to a huge shopping mall called Sello located in Leppävaara.
The tenant has to purchase an extensive home insurance with general liability insurance.
Security deposit is one or two times the monthly rent (depends on how long the renting time is). The security deposit is paid back in full when the rental agreement ends if there is no unpaid rent due, no damage or cleaning expenses and no unpaid utilities owed by the tenant.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
The tenant is not allowed to rent the apartment to anyone else. That is no subtenants!

Vuokrataan ihanan valoisa yksiö Espoon Laajalahdesta RAUHALLISELLE, SIISTILLE ja TUPAKOIMATTOMALLE henkilölle. Vuokralaisella tulee olla työ- ja/tai opiskeluasiat kunnossa ja hänen täytyy huolehtia myös vuokra-asunnon kunnosta asianmukaisesti. Kalustettuna tai kalustamattomana.
Vuokra 830 e/kk (sisältää veden ja sähkön). Kahdelle vuokra on korkeampi. Alkovin saa erotettua näppärästi verholla muusta tilasta. Asunto on vapaa.
Asunnossa on vuokralaisen käytettävissä kaikki kuvissa näkyvät tavarat. Lisäksi siivoustarvikkeita, astioita ym. Asunnossa on paljon säilytystilaa.
Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisessa ja vehreässä paikassa Jaakkimantien päässä, mahtavien ulkoilumaastojen läheisyydessä. Lyhyt matka meren rantaan, Laajalahden luonnonsuojelualueelle, metsäpoluille tai vaikkapa Tapiola Golfin golfkentälle. Helposti ja nopeasti pyörällä tai bussilla Aalto Yliopiston Otaniemen kampukselle. Helsingin keskustaan helposti bussilla tai pyörällä n.30 min. Kauppakeskus Selloon nopeasti bussilla tai pyörällä.
Vuokralaiselta vaaditaan laaja kotivakuutus lisäosineen. Vakuus 1-2 kk vuokraa vastaava summa riippuen vuokrasuhteen pituudesta. Ennen asunnon vuokraamista vuokralaisen tulee esittää selvitys luottotiedoistaan.
