Sponsorship & Advertising Opportunities 2018
By advertising in the Oak Park Festival Theatre playbills, you make your business visible to thousands of individuals and you support one of Oak Park’s premiere icons and the Midwest’s oldest professional outdoor theatre. As a non-profit theater, we look to our community to support us in a number of ways, and advertising in our playbill is one of them.
Did you know?
Playbills are distributed at each performance, 4 nights a week for 12 weeks in during the summer months and 6 weeks during the holiday season.
On average our summer productions bring 6,000-7,000 attendees to the downtown Oak Park area between June and August each year.
In 2017 our inaugural production of A DICKENS CAROL, a new local tradition, we brought over 2000 patrons to Madison street and the downtown Oak Park area during November and December.
Even more people visit our website. We averaged 40,000+ website visitors on our website each season.
2018 DEADLINES
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: To qualify for our Early Bird Special rates, payment must be received by April 30, 2018. Print-ready display ad art can be received as late at May 15, 2017.
REGULAR DEADLINE: Your print-ready display ad art and payment must be received by May 14, 2018.
STANDARD AD:
Your ad will appear in each of our 2018 Main Stage productions: You Can’t Take It With You, The African Company Presents Richard III, and A Dickens Carol.
All playbill ads are for color ads
Additionally your logo and link to your website will appear in all of our e-newsletters through out the season
