2023- Cooking Classes, Private Events, and Kids Summer Camps!

Hi friends! I wanted to share with you that I’m back in the kitchen teaching cooking classes at Portland Cookshop in Portland, Oregon in a new and larger location. It’s a beautiful space with tons of light and dozens of cooking and baking classes for kids and adults. I teach many classes sharing my family recipes, private events, as well as weekly after school kids classes, and summer camps. I’ll be honest, most classes fill up pretty quickly, so make sure you check out the links to grab your spot and I can share all of my kitchen tips and tricks with you in person! My Molé Poblano class is offered every other month and always has a waitlist, so be sure to grab your spot as soon as you see that pop up on the calendar!

I’m also booking private events! Anything from family gatherings, business and corporate events, to baby showers or just a group of friends wanting the class all to themselves. I do small groups of 6 to larger groups of 36! It varies and we can accommodate most groups small and large. I also teach many gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan classes, and can accommodate for any allergies you may have. Just reach out to me if you have any questions about your private event needs! Email me:fabiola (at) not just baked (dot) com

Summer Camps- Cooking and Baking Class!

I’m offering two weeks of summer camps for the kiddos!  Click here to purchase tickets.

These camps are in collaboration with Make Do Art Studio. Half of the day is spent in the kitchen with me cooking and baking. The other half is spent at Cookshop with Michelle from Make Do Art! W have been working together for years doing these awesome kids camps, so come join us for the fun! Tickets for these two weeks of camps will be sold on the Make Do website. Here are the details…

Due to popular demand, we have added a couple more camps in July! Our July camps will be July 10-14 and July 24-28 and you can now register down below. Our July camps will have an international flare in the kitchen- each day campers will be cooking or baking a fun project from a different country.

Please note: while we can make some adjustments for food preferences or allergies, please contact us before registering if your child is not able to eat the following ingredients: gluten, dairy, eggs, animal protein and nuts.

We are looking forward to summer 2023! For the fourth year in a row, Make Do will be partnering with Cookshop to bring you not only a summer filled with creativity around the art table, but also in the kitchen. One part of your child’s day will be spent cooking and preparing all kinds of food and snacks with Cookshop. The other half is spent making art with us! We will be exploring a wide variety of mediums, from illustration to watercolor to sculpture. We spend an hour after lunch playing at nearby Piccolo Park in Portland right around the corner from Cookshop.

Camps will be held from 9 am- 3 pm at the beautiful Cookshop studio at 2625 SE 26th in Portland, Oregon. Camps are for students entering grades 1-5. We have limited availability and always sell out, as we cap all our camps at just 16 campers. If a camp is full, please send us email to put your child on the waitlist. We look forward to creating alongside your children this summer!
