The Developer Educator’s primary role is to ensure Dropsource users have all the educational and support materials they need to achieve their goals. As a Developer Educator at Dropsource, you will create different forms of content to enable Dropsource developers to build amazing native apps and have fun doing it. To accomplish your mission, you’ll work with our Product and Marketing teams to develop several types of educational resources including documentation, plugins, code examples, and even sample apps that help Dropsource users get started, build, troubleshoot, and launch their apps. The developer educator will be responsible for creating and maintaining our user manual, developer docs, how-to articles, video tutorials, and webinars. You will also interact directly with our user base on our help center forums.

About You:

You're already an extremely capable writer, able to clearly communicate technical subject matter to relevant experts, but also able to distill it down for the average Joe. You're excited to use your background in software development to create helpful content and to build learning experiences that will make it easy and fun to use our mobile development platform. You can empathize with people who are struggling to make a software tool work (perhaps even frustrated) and needs your help. You’re ready to take charge, to set your own goals, and come up with new and creative ways to educate and support the Dropsource developer.
