RealMe is the official and secure way to prove who you are online — think of it as your online ID.
RealMe used to be called igovt. If you have an igovt account, you can use the same details to log into RealMe.
How it works

Your RealMe account is a single login to multiple government agencies — and soon you’ll also be able to use it with other businesses to prove you are who you say you are when you apply for things online.
Create a RealMe account — or log in with your igovt details
You’ll need your passport and a mobile phone.
Get your photo taken at a participating PostShop
Link your postal address
RealMe will post you a letter with a confirmation code.
You’ll only need to prove who you are in person every 5 years.

You can use RealMe to:
apply for government jobs
renew your passport
update your electoral roll details
log into StudyLink.
