Skrtel is believed to have informed Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp of his plans to move on having seen his playing time diminish.

According to LIGABlat, Ambrose, knows the arrival of a new defender would limit his playing time hence the desire to move to Fenerbahce in the summer.

Celtic want €3m for the player but the Yellow Canaries not ready to pay more than €2m for Ambrose.
