Access your myfsu webmail using webmail.fsu.edu. On this portal, you can reset your password, forward your emails to another email address, contact the ITS Service Desk, change your account information and more.

There are two login options provided on myfsu webmail – you can log in as student/alumni or as faculty/staff/retiree. You need to use your my.fsu.edu email address and FSUID password to access your webmail.

How to Change Your Password for Your Myfsu Webmail

Look for the link that says ‘Reset your Password’ and use it to get to the proper page.

Enter your FSUID on the space provided and hit on the button that says ‘Submit’ to complete your request.

Please read the important notices and information provided on that page. In order to reset your password online, you need to know your current one. If you don’t know your password, please ask assistance from the ITS Service Desk by calling 850-644-4357. The representative can have it reset to a temporary one so you can successfully change your password.

If you want to activate your FSUID, hit on the link that says ‘Activate Your FSUID’ to get to the proper page. You will be asked to provide your EMPLID, first & last name, last 5 digits of SSN and birthdate. If you are an international student, you can use the last 5 digits of your FSUID generated student number.

International employees can use the last 5 digits of their assigned temporary SSN and FAMU students can use the last 5 digits of their FAMU student number. For further assistance, just call ITS Service Desk or activate the online chat. The office is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8 am to 6 pm. You may also submit a support request by activating the right link (Submit a Support Request).

Managing Your Myfsu Webmail

For students and alumni, you can look up your email address and contact information by logging in to your myFSU and using the ‘My Profile’ link. You can use the link that says ‘Password Help’ to get helpful information about password resets. If you are interested in forwarding your emails to a different email address, just hit on the link that says ‘Email Forwarding’ for tips.

Faculty, staff and retirees can also enjoy the same privileges and more. They can look up email addresses, aliases and contact information associated with their FSUID. They can also request for a new email alias or FSUID. Both types of account holders are given the option to retain their accounts – you can read more about it on ‘Account Retention’ page.
