Continuity: Immediately after Eternity Forever 4Ever
So, one of the things that I wanted to do in season 2 of GA was come up with a change for each of the major characters. Sally started running for mayor, etc. The only character change I had a hard time figure out was that of April's. It turns out that... April needed to figure it out herself. A lot of this episode was... me going without much of a plot, and I think that it very much worked here.
Side not did you notice how many times in season 2 I've found a way for my characters to escape reality? It's a lot if you keep count.
