The Story:

Sam and Billy Koenig spend time together at an arcade when they are attacked by The Watchdogs. They end up capturing Billy, prompting Sam to call Coulson for help. Coulson tells the team that he had May give Koenig the Darkhold to lock away. Fitz repairs LMD Holden, then interrogates him along with Jemma and Mack. They plug LMD Holden into their computers and he begins to go haywire. LMD Holden then gets under Fitz's skin by mentioning his father. He tells him that he knew him enough used to work with him. Not wanting to hear anymore, Fitz unplugs him. Jemma tells Mack what she knows about his father and how he was not a good man. Sam works with Daisy, Coulson and May in locating his brother. After Daisy and the team trace everything back to Nadeer, Sam reveals that he knows that his brother had the Darkhold. Billy is dragged into a room with Holden where they are interrogated by the Watchdog leader. He warns them that the man coming to see them will tear them apart. Holden apologizes for putting them in the predicament as he told them that Coulson gave Koenig the Darkhold. A man walks into the room calling himself the Superior Man preparing to torture them. Not wanting to see anymore blood shed Holden reveals himself to have put on a play and plans to obtain the information from Billy himself. Holden puts Billy into a dream state and prepares to her the information of the Darkhold from him. AIDA finishes the procedure and they take Billy away. Holden goes through Billy's memories and finds out that he built a bomb to destroy the Darkhold. He realizes that Billy gave Sam the Darkhold. Back on the Zephyr, Sam reveals to the team that he gave it to LT, the first Koenig. They find him at a place called The Soul Patch reciting a poem. They are taken by surprise by the real LT, who is a woman and the man is named Thursten. The Koenig siblings reunite on the Zephyr where they prepare to help the team save Billy. They find out the name of the man called the Superior Man is named Tim. LT then tells them that she gave the book back to Billy who locked the Darkhold at a location disguised as a library. Holden finds out and sets out to find it. The Watchdogs attack him and AIDA so she swiftly defeats them. Back at the Playground, Fitz tells Jemma that every father figure he has had betrayed him. He has a realization and stops Mack before he destroys LMD Holden. Fitz removes the top of his head and reveals a brain AIDA created with the Darkhold. They realize that they May that has been with them is another LMD. The rest of the team arrive at the library and wait for Sam to retrieve the book. LMD May and Coulson share an intimate moment but as they get ready to move, she refuses to give him the Darkhold. He realizes that May is an LMD and she is left conflicted. Daisy shows up and saves him, badly damaged LMD May. The Watchdogs agree to trade the Darkhold for Billy. Daisy attacks them and a fight erupts to obtain the Darkhold. Holden uses it as a distraction to grab it for himself and he leaves LMD May. Coulson thanks all of the Koenigs for helping them get closer to finding out who Nadeer is answering to. They then burn LMD Holden and AIDA but keep LMD May until they can find the real one. Daisy assures Coulson that they will locate her. Holden celebrates obtaining the Darkhold with the Watchdogs. The Superior Man asks Holden to help him get to Coulson.

New Characters/Cameos:

The Koenigs: Billy, Sam, LT and Thursten. We're still scratching our heads trying to figure out where they came from and if there are more of them.

Anton Ivanov/The Superior Man: Known to his subordinates as the Superior, he is the current leader of the Watchdogs. He made a deal with Holden Radcliffe to kill Phil Coulson.

Notable Character Interactions:

Team Coulson: Things are better now that Coulson is back in charge. Daisy is back to her normal self and they are slowly going back to the team we love. It just sort of sucks that May isn't really may and we couldn't help but feel bad for Colson. He was starting to catch feelings for her, but it wasn't even really her. Hopefully they find the real May before it is too late. We love that they had to work with the Koenigs this episode. It brightened up the somewhat dark episode. Sam mentioning fanfiction of Daisy and black widow was hilarious. Him fangirling was also funny. "They call you Quack."

Team Shield: While the rest of the team was away. Mack, Jemma and Fitz tried to get more information from LMD Holden. LMD Holden got underneath Fitz's skin after mentioning his father who is apparently a real bastard. Fitz was disappointed because it seemed as if every male role model he's had in his life have betrayed him. Do we have to remind him that he has Mack. For some odd reason he had a realization that AIDA had created a brain for the LMD. Good catch guys.

The Koenigs: there is never a dull moment when they are around. We thought we would finally get some answers as to where they came from and if there were more. This just proves that we know nothing because there may be more out there. In order from Badass to wimp we've got: LT, Billy, Sam and Thursten. The latter just loses because of his name alone. Hopefully we get to see more of them in the future.

Team AIDA: Holden really knows how to put on a show. He had us believing him for a second. What we're hoping for now is that he suffers a terrible death at the hands of AIDA. Nobody puts May in a corner and gets away with it. We're a little worried though because now they have the Darkhold. He's turning out to be an interesting villain though. And now, he's about to help the Superior Man get to Coulson because he realized that Coulson has been at the center of each event in the #MCU .

The Action:

These will be added later!

Easter Eggs:

Sam mentioned the 1983 Red Dawn movie which features Clark Gregg's wife Jennifer Grey, Adrianne Palicki appear in the 2012 Red Dawn remake with Chris Hemsworth.

Throughout the episode there are a number of pop culture references courtesy of one of the Koenigs. Star Wars, Back To The Future, Star Trek, and Lord of the Rings were all referenced.

#Avengers: #Ironman was mentioned by Thursten during his stab up routine. Sam mentioned to Daisy that there was fan fiction of her and #BlackWidow. We're just wondering how long we have to wait to get a cameo from #CaptainAmerica .

Warbird: Sam named dropped this superhero while he was describing the Zephyr. One of the aliases used by Carol Danvers/ #CaptainMarvel who is set to here in #AvengersInfinityWar played by Brie Larson.

What's To Come/Theories:

In the preview for next week's "BOOM" Daisy, Mace and the S.H.I.E.L.D. team must find a way to contain an explosive Inhuman. Meanwhile, Coulson and Mack come face-to-face with Radcliffes inspiration for Aida. Crap is about to hit the fan once again. Hopefully, niece is able to redeem himself. It looks like he'll have his powers back with the preview showing him wrecking some Watchdogs. We cannot wait until that group finally disappears so that the show can move on to bigger and better things. We also see Daisy interrogating one about the death of Nadeer. Did they finally get sick of her or are they just playing Team Shield? It's most likely the latter since we believe that the show will have Veejay take out his sister for the team. He probably isn't happy that she killed him. Hopefully AIDA will have a change of cybernetic heart and stop Holden before he unleashes hell on earth. We sort of wish they kept the whole supernatural element for the remainder of the season but the #LMD storyline is all right too. We hope that if The show does get renewed we get to see more #GhostRider. We also hope that we get a tie in to #IronFist , #TheDefenders, #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy and #TheInhumans before the season is over. And we're talking about the Royal Family. In a perfect world team shield would cameo in #AvengersInfinityWar. Until then we can dream.

Final Thoughts:

#AgentsofShield continues to keep us coming back every week, but there are some things that they can fix. The biggest thing is to resolve this whole Watchdog storyline and introduce a word the big bad. The inclusion of the Koenigs this episode was the right move for the show as it was entertaining throughout. We give "Hot Potato Soup" 9 Koenigs out of 10. That we think that there's definitely more out there. What did you think about the episode? Leave it in the comments below, we'd love to read them!
