Everyone is super busy, and it is harder and harder to find time to dedicate to phone calls and emails to letting agents. Never mind keeping track of which property they’re talking about! Customer service has come a long way in the UK in the past 5 years, and here at Movebubble we respond to every renter, every question, every email, because we know it’s important. How could you meet the renter’s expectations
If you’re using the Movebubble app, here are some tips to make the most out of it (and work your way to the top of our leaderboard)! And if you’re not on the app yet, what are you waiting for? Click here to get involved!
1. Compete with your colleagues
Having more than a single person on the Movebubble app in a branch, will result in not missing out on a single enquiry! If one of you guys is on holiday, another person in the team can get the message and respond to the renter’s request.
Branches with more than one person using the Movebubble app have a 33% higher response rate
Not only this, it seems that you guys are enjoying a little competition!
The average response time drops by 1/3 for branches with more than one person on the app!
2. Notifications: On
If you want to do more deals, you can take advantage of having the app in your pocket to get all the enquiries, even when you’re not in the office. It doesn’t surprise us to find out that 58% of the enquiries happen to be sent outside of office hours. There are so many more deals to be made out there!
3. Get your viewings booked in the app
So, what’s the point of booking the viewing in the app? Seems silly right? Nope! Firstly, the renter will get reminders and notifications to make sure they attend the viewing, but (and here’s the crucial bit), this is the only time the renters can rate you! So get it booked in, be awesome, and build your rating in the app. Transparency is crucial, it gives renters reassurance, and our partner agents are already reaping the benefits of their ratings. 4. Make the experience personalised for every renter
Did you know that, with Movebubble, you can suggest properties to renters? Once you’ve found out more about their needs, you can send over properties that might be better for them, just use the “Suggest Properties” feature on the app to give them other options! Renters find this super useful and it will massively increase your chances of helping the renter find a new home with you!
