Found a recipe online and tried these for breakfast this morning and I had to share. So yummy and the whole recipe came to under 250 cals!

1 egg

1 banana

1 tbsp honey

Handful of strawberries/raspberries.

All you have to do is mash the banana and whisk in the egg. The mixture remains a little lumpy but is fine when cooked.

Use one cal spray and when pan is hot put the mix in. Cook as you would a normal pancake.

Served with the honey and fruit. It was gorgeous!
