When trying to contact professional sports organisations to take images of players, and arrange meetings between musicians and Wikimedians for a writing week, I found that not having a Wikipedia/Wikimedia email adres can be limiting. I have to explain every single time who I am, give credentials, give names and email adresses of local Wikimedia organisation personel etc. I have a forward (Taketa{{@}}wikipedia.be) but that does not solve the problem. Currently only Wikimedia organisation personel and volunteer board members have such an email adres. Any student at a university has such an email adres, any employee at any organisation has such an email adres. A Wikimedia admin, bureaucrat, arbcom, steward, does not. I believe this limits the community from taking initiatives. As such, I suggest we create Wikipedia or Wikimedia email adresses for volunteers. Something like Name{{@}}volunteers.wikimedia.org. This way it is instantly clear that this is a volunteer for Wikipeda/Wikimedia.
