Fortville, Ind.—Today, Congressman Luke Messer presented the Congressional Award Silver Medal to Brianna Douglas of Mt. Vernon High School.
Brianna received this award for all of the hard work she has done to better her community and for setting challenging personal goals for her own development and growth.
