Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology (KIET) was established in 1998 by Krishna Charitable Society at Ghaziabad, U.P. It is located at 13 KM Stone on Ghaziabad – Meerut Road. The Institute now has 5003 students on its rolls in 2013-14: a substantial growth in 15 years to meet the need of quality technical education in U.P., as also to ensure their overall growth as responsible professionals and global citizens. The Institute offers B.Tech Degree courses in seven disciplines CSE,ECE,EN,IT,ME,CE & EI and M.Tech in four disciplines i.e CS,EC,EN,ME,MCA,MBA & Pharmacy (B.Pharm & M.Pharm) Courses to meet varied aspirations of the students.The Institute continues to be preferred destination for students seeking admission through UPSEE Counseling and the Management Quota. With top 5 percent of the engineering aspirants of Uttar Pradesh who appeared for the UPSEE, preferred KIET over other Institutions.All our B.Tech, MBA, MCA & B.Pharm programmes have been accredited by NBA. Also, KIET is accredited by NAAC (An autonomous Institution of the UGC) with “A” Grade for 5 Years.
History of Krishna Charitable Society
All progressive organizations are an outcome of the dreams, ideas and creativity of its leaders. A group of illustrious and enterprising men from Ghazibad got together and began a most ambitious programme of philanthropy. They established Krishna Charitable Society, a non profit making organization, and undertook the bold venture of performing service to society through non-governmental education system. Under the aegis of this society Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 1997.
K.I.E.T is a private engineering college imparting engineering and technical education. It is committed to generating, disseminating and preserving knowledge, and to working hand in hand with others in order to overcome the latest challenges of the world.
