Simply just gaining a new asauchi isn’t the same as becoming one with your zanpakuto. He’s also still only in Shikai despite having access to his Hollow powers. I’m curious if that getsuga tenshou really dealt any damage though. It looks really powerful than the old getsuga tenshous. It is also the first time that a cero-powered GT is used. Even in Inner Ichigo’s world, hollow zangetsu, even Fake Zangetsu, never used such a move.
