The Cookbook, allows you to narrow down a funnel type based on your industry, the type of funnel and your goal.

When using the Cookbook you will be provided with a number of narrowed down funnels both (free and paid) templates to choose from.

Using the Classic Funnel Builder

This option is optional so if you don’t want to fill it in.

Next click Build Funnel . This will then add the funnel to your dashboard,

Step 3 – Choose a template for your sales funnel

Clickfunnels Cookbook

As mentioned before, the Cookbook, allows you to narrow down a funnel type based on your industry, the type of funnel and your goal.

As with the classic funnel, we have included both a video and a written instruction to show you how to use Cookbook

Step 1 – Select the Start Cookbook

Step 2 – Choose an Industry and Funnel Type

This part is super important.

Clickfunnels have already done the analysis to find out which types of funnels tend to work best across:

Choose carefully as this can really impact your conversion rates and sales

ClickFunnels vs LeadPages: Comparison

ClickFunnels and LeadPages have a few things in common.

They both come with landing page builders, lots of templates and themes, A/B split testing, as well as cool features like two step opt-ins and webinar funnels.

However, ClickFunnels brings the sales funnels to the yard, while LeadPages doesn’t.

Thus, it lets you set up a more in-depth marketing funnel, primarily because it’s more focused on lead capturing and nurturing.

LeadPages, on the other hand, is a solid lead capturing tool.

Moreover, you get access to advanced webinar funnels for better lead nurturing on ClickFunnels, as well as full funnel conversion view, the ability to change your funnel order on the fly, member metrics and email sequencing.

We have no issues with the dashboards on either tool, although ClickFunnels just about edges it with its better statistical data.

Both editors, meanwhile, do a grand job but LeadPages’s editor is a tad more limited when it comes to things like editing your page structure.

On the other hand, the fact that ClickFunnels’s editor has too many options might lead to overwhelm for some users.

Price Wise?

There’s no doubt that LeadPages has the cheapest price package.

Their Standard subscription starts out at just $25 per month, while their Pro package – priced at $48 per month – is cheaper than the most affordable ClickFunnels package ($97 a month).

However, what LeadPages don’t offer are the sales funnels that ClickFunnels offer in abundance.

The LeadPages Startup package is ideal for small businesses or entrepreneurs who just need the one website with landing pages and lead capture forms, but ClickFunnels’ starter level package arms you with 20 funnels and 100 pages so that you can build detailed marketing funnels.

As a sort-of bonus, ClickFunnels also offers a 14-day free trial and training guides and courses.

That said, it’s only if you’re willing to pay $297 per month that you’ll get access to ClickFunnels’s standout features, such as Actionetics and Backpacks.

However, ClickFunnels are very good at persuading people that they’ll get more value if they upgrade:

Get ClickFunnels If …

You need to do one more thing, and you’ve got a pretty healthy budget.

In other words, you need to build a full-blown sales funnel, as well as a landing page.

ClickFunnels can do two main things, see: It can help you craft a high converting landing page, and it can help you create a sales funnel.

LeadPages, on the other hand, is primarily a landing page builder that, yes, does help you nurture leads with emails blasts and webinars.

But it cannot build you a funnel.

With A/B testing thrown into the mix, ClickFunnels also lets you make the right tweaks along the way so that the leads keep on coming.

Get LeadPages If …

You just need a landing page with conversion-busting opt-in forms, have no coding skills – and your budget isn’t too big.

LeadPages is ideal for entrepreneurs who want more conversions and who aren’t necessarily interested in creating an in-depth marketing funnel at this point.

If all you need is to capture leads and don’t need lots of frills, by all means go with LeadPages.

Conclusion

ClickFunnels and LeadPages serve similar purposes, but also different ones.

Both help you to craft landing pages and nurture leads, but ClickFunnels goes one step further with its sales funnels builder and training guides from founder Russell Brunson himself.

Now, it’s up to you to decide what your business needs and what you can afford.
