A woman told deputies her neighbor had called her cellphone sometime between 5 and 5:30 p.m. that day to inform her that two people in a white vehicle had driven up to her mailbox and removed an unknown amount of mail from inside. A deputy observed the victim’s open mailbox but did not notice any signs of forced entry.”
