For several years now, we have been fortunate to work with many people looking to purchase a vacation home in Sarasota, Florida. We do vacation properties very well. Our agents have sold homes and condos all over Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, the barrier islands and Venice. One market that buyers consider in addition to Sarasota is St. Petersburg, Florida. Afterall, it is only about 45 minutes north of us and offers wonderful lifestyles as well. So, we decided to open up an office downtown, hired two great agents so far and built a resource to view properties for sale - St. Petersburg real estate.
