SACRAMENTO (September 27, 2016) – It was a huge night of honors for The New Home Company at the 2016 Northern California MAME Awards, as the developer/homebuilder won a total of 14 awards for The Cannery, its innovative and thoughtfully designed community in Davis, Calif. NEW HOME and The Cannery were presented with three of the most prestigious MAME Awards: Master-Planned Community of the Year, Attached Community of the Year (Heirloom at The Cannery) and Community of the Year over $750,000 (Sage at The Cannery).
The MAME Awards, presented by the North State Building Industry Association, were held on Friday, September 23, 2016 in Sacramento.
In addition to the Community of the Year awards, NEW HOME and its team of consultants received top recognition in a variety of categories:

• Best Attached Architectural Design – Plan 3 at Heirloom (JZMK Partners)
• Best Sign Program – The Cannery (Outdoor Dimensions)

• Best Attached Interior Design – Heirloom Plan 3 (Meridian Interiors)
• Best Social Media Campaign – The Cannery (Paolucci Salling & Martin)
• Best Direct Mail – Sage at The Cannery (Paolucci Salling & Martin)
• Best Website for a Master Planned Community – The Cannery (Paolucci Salling & Martin Communication Arts)
• Best Print Ad or Campaign – Heirloom at The Cannery (Paolucci Salling & Martin)
• Best Sales Office/Pavilion – The Cannery (Jeffrey DeMure + Associates, Meridian Interiors, Focus 360 and Display Graphics)
• Best Architectural Design $750,000+ - Sage Plan 1 (Woodley Architectural Group)
NEW HOME shared the Master-Planned Community of the Year award with its marketing, design and development partners on The Cannery. Cal Atlantic Homes also won for Best Architecture (JZMK Partners) and Community of the Year for its Beech neighborhood at The Cannery.
The spotlight will remain on The Cannery in the Sacramento region later this week. On Thursday, September 29, the Sacramento Business Journal will name the community one of its Best Real Estate Projects of the year.
