I'm subletting my room in a 3BR/2BA, just a 2 min walk from Columbia-NYP hospital, 5 min walk to A/C and 1 Subway lines. My room is huge and has its own private bathroom, and also comes fully furnished (full-sized bed, desk, lamps, couch, keyboard, built-in A/C) with a beautiful view of the GW bridge. Washer/dryer in the building. This is a really quiet, sunny apartment. We're on the 15th floor of an elevator building with a kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. My 2 roommates are 4th-year Columbia med students, both really chill and easygoing. I'm looking for someone to sublet Jan 1-Jan 31, start/end dates flexible.
