I am a law student and will be working in the Bay Area this summer. I'm looking to sublet a spacious room in my 3 BR 1 bath apt. The apartment is a Chelsea/West Village/Meatpacking area walk up at W 14th and 8th Ave. The location is perfect -- walk outside the door and you are at the ACE and L 14th St. subway stop, and within 2 blocks on 14th St. you can get on the FM or 123. Also within 2 blocks of tons of great restaurants, Chelsea Market, the Whitney, the Highline, West Side Highway, etc.
My room and the living room have in-window AC units. No laundry in building but there are several laundromats and wash/fold services within one block. Utilities are not included in the rent price but tend to be $50-60 per month for electricity and internet.
You will share the apartment with two women in their 20s. One is a law student and the other works. We would prefer a female subletter but are flexible.
Looking for someone from mid to late May, through mid to late August. Dates somewhat flexible so please inquire. There is a $500 security deposit required.
