A fresh, lively and fun learning experience, KG&B?s Board Member Basics Class fully meets the State of Florida?s Board Member certification requirements for new condominium Board members and provides Florida licensed Community Association Managers (CAMs) with two (2) hours of Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Part of the law firm?s Board Member Certification Series of educational courses, Board Member Basics is taught by Katzman Garfinkel & Berger Partner Marlene L. Kirtland and covers all the basics of serving on a Florida community association Board of Directors. Topics covered apply to Florida community associations of all types, including condominiums, cooperatives, homeowners associations (HOAs) and mobile home and timeshare communities.
