As well as having a damn fine excuse to wear our most glamorous accessories and drink champagne, one of the reasons we love taking part in The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA) is because it gives us the opportunity to gain customer feedback. At the end of quite a long voting and judging process, we find out our scores and finally gain access to our voters’ comments (which are provided anonymously, by the way).
The feeling of anticipation throughout the process is all rather exciting. But, I’ll admit it; it can also be pretty nail biting too. Truly, when you pour your heart and soul into something, it can be a little bit like wearing your heart on your sleeve. Then, to have it all reduced to a score out of ten... Yikes!
Just to say it again really, we were blown away to be announced as regional winners of Best Accessories in the North West. But, to have our brides declare that they love what we do...? The icing on the cake. So, continuing the whole ‘wearing my heart on my sleeve’ theme, I thought I’d share what our voters said about our products and our customer service (including those scary-but-ultimately-quite-fantastic scores out of 10) when they voted in The Wedding Industry Awards 2014.
