In February, seven 9th-10th grade ISW students participated in a multiple choice math contest for high school students through the University of Waterloo in Canada. Approximately 56,000 students around the world wrote this math contest this year.
The students who participated and significant results are shown below.
Fei Yi – top score for 10th grade at ISW
Deshana Shah – 2nd place score for 10th grade at ISW
Su Hye Kim, Yeo Jin Lee, Gyu Yeon Lee – participants in 10th grade contest
Woo Jung Yoo – top score for 9th grade for ISW, and scored within the top 25% of all participants around the world for 9th grade
Kyoung Min Kim –participant in 9th grade contest (his score was very very close to being in the top 25% of all participants around the world for 9th grade)
