Peas

Green peas is one of the great sources of protein. Not only it is great source of protein but also rich in terms of nutrient composition.  Research has found that daily consumption of green peas  lowers the risk of stomach cancer.

2) Seeds

There are various types of seeds out there which are rich in proteins.  Seeds, for one, have more protein and more minerals than nuts, along with less saturated fat. Seeds are also higher in most amino acids, and many are complete proteins and sources of omega 3 fatty acids.



3) Sun-dried Tomato

Sun dried tomato is another great source of protein.  During the process of making tomatoes are placed under the sun majority of the time to remove their water content. Cherry types of tomatoes will lose about 88 % of their initial (fresh) weight, while larger tomatoes can lose up to 93% during the process. After the process tomato will keep their initial neutrinos values.

According to  the latest dietary guidelines, it is recommend that we triple our current intake from 1 to 3 cups per week. Experts says that beans are rich with neutrinos.

Beans are comparable to meat when it comes to calories but they really shine in terms of fiber and water content, two ingredients that make you feel fuller, faster. Adding beans to your diet helps cut calories without feeling deprived.

5) Dark Green Leafy Vegetables:

Spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, mustard greens, collard greens, chicory and Swiss chard are excellent sources of fiber, folate and a wide range of carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin, along with saponins and flavonoids. These are also rich in proteins.

6) Tofu

Tofu is an excellent source of amino acids, iron, calcium and other micro-nutrients and it is a versatile food with many health benefits. Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a popular food derived from soya. It is made by curdling fresh soya milk, pressing it into a solid block and then cooling it.

Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous. In addition, tofu is a good source of magnesium, copper, zinc and vitamin B1.
