About the role

In this role, you’ll be managing the day-to-day relationships with your clients ensuring delivery of client-focused service with a view to maximising client retention. You’ll be the point of contact for clients, and you’ll be pro-actively communicating to facilitate the smooth rollout of projects and campaigns. The role isn’t overly technical, but you’ll need to be comfortable with all-things-digital. Either way, you’ll receive a good deal of technical training, so you can be completely confident in your role.

About You

You’ll be able to build rapport easily, set and manage client expectations, and you’ll be happy to be communicating all day if need be.  You need to be naturally talented, hardworking and always taking a “How can I make this happen” approach to workplace challenges.

To be considered for the position, you must have at least two years’ experience in account management/project management/campaign coordination (preferably in digital, web, marketing or design),  and you’ll want to tick most of these boxes:

The ability to manage, on board and transition new client relationships to the business.

Experience with coordinating tasks across the team to meet/exceed client service level agreements.

Day to day client management, including service level monitoring and incident reporting.

The ability to ensure the provision of timely written and verbal instructions.

Being able to develop excellent relationships with clients and increase customer satisfaction through timely, detailed, and accurate response to jobs, queries, requests, and issues.

Ability to develop effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and staff from different levels within the organisation

An outgoing personality with a natural ability to talk

Ability to work autonomously with a strong work ethic

The salary range listed with this position is wide, we’ll admit. So, just to be clear, our approach to salary is that it will be based on your experience and your demonstrable ability. That’s the starting point anyway.

Formed in 2013, KBB Digital is the coming together of Kochie’s Business Builders, Channel 7’s popular and trusted program for small business and NetReach, a long established digital marketing agency.

The recently formed agency is led by TV personality, David Koch, a small business expert in his own right who is passionate about growing small business in Australia.

Since launching, we’ve experienced exponential growth, and we anticipate this to continue as market visibility increases. Over the next 12 months, we’re looking to grow our operational team, and we’re keen to involve passionate people who, in addition to their specialities, are capable of helping to grow the business and teams of people.

About our Offices

Our office is located on Geelong’s magnificent Waterfront – this is where the position is based. We also have an office in Sydney. We enjoy a spacious open plan office, complete with kitchenette and a chill out zone for when you need it.

Our standard working hours are 8:30 – 5:00 Monday to Friday, and we’re happy to be flexible, and we can even provide for working from home on occasions if required.
