Este fantástico disparo que Jean Guichard hizo al faro francés de La Jument es bien conocido en todo el mundo.
La foto fue tomada durante una tormenta en 1989. El señor Guichard tomó esta imagen desde un helicóptero. Cuando el guardián del faro, Theodore Malgorne, se dio cuenta del helicóptero en el cielo, pensó que los rescatadores habían llegado, y bajó las escaleras. En ese mismo momento, una enorme ola rompió sobre el faro. Afortunadamente, Malgorne logró correr hacia el interior, y la ola pasó sobre él.

This fantastic shot by Jean Guichard made a French lighthouse La Jument well-known all over the world.
The photo was taken during a storm in 1989. Monsieur Guichard took this picture from a helicopter. When the lighthouse keeper, Theodore Malgorn, noticed the helicopter in the sky, he thought that rescuers had come, and went downstairs. At that very moment, a huge wave broke over the lighthouse. Fortunately, Malgorne managed to run back inside, and the wave passed by him.
