Applications from students of Royal Holloway are invited for the post of Regular Giving Assistant in the Development Department.
The Regular Giving Assistant will work with the Regular Giving and Legacies Manager to specifically support stewardship activity and regular giving programmes. You will be part of a friendly, sociable team dedicated to making a real difference to the student experience of Royal Holloway. This role gives you the opportunity to improve your communication and administrative skills in a professional and dynamic setting. In addition to being involved in the College’s fundraising initiatives you will also gain valuable knowledge about alumni relations educational fundraising in general.
The candidate will ideally be a postgraduate research student possessing strong time management, communication and organisational skills. They should also be able to work well independently as well as part of team. In addition, they should possess a working knowledge of databases, Microsoft Word and Excel, and preferably Raiser’s Edge.
This is a casual role consisting of up to 20 hours per week commencing in mid-January. There will be a degree of flexibility about the days worked, mostly able to change over the holiday period and the beginning of the academic term.
This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
