The Student Experience Officer role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most strategically important teams at Royal Holloway, at a time of increasing focus on student experience and employability.
Reporting to the Head of Placements & Student Experience, the Student Experience Officer will ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of professional service at the enquiries desk to students and all visitors, either face-to-face, by phone or in the online environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with all staff members to offer an excellent experience for students who access our full range of careers services.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering friendly and effective customer service in a professional environment and the ability to supervise casual student staff during term time to deliver equally high standard of customer services. With excellent organisational and administrative skills the Student Experience Officer will be expected to handle high volumes of enquiries with a calm, flexible attitude and a positive outlook.
