Applications are invited for the post of Administrative Assistant in the College Secretary’s Office (Secretariat).

The College Secretary’s Office supports the operation of College Council and other key Committees. This is a small and busy team, which aims to provide the College with an efficient and modern governance service in addition to supporting staff throughout the College in compliance with legislation related to access to information. The role holder will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the team.

This is an active, hands-on role that is likely to involve prompt responses to short notice requests such as photocopying additional information for meetings and dealing with visits from Council members.  The main duties will include supporting Council and other committee meetings, providing administrative support to Council business, and general office administrative support.

You will have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and experience of working in a busy office environment.

This is a part time post (21 hours per week), immediately available for a fixed term period of 4 months. This post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
