Do you want to lead and develop a new oral health complex intervention? Would you like to develop your project management, staff and financial management skills? Do you have expertise of working with families and health professionals in the community?
With a PhD, and academic experience, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of this research programme funded by the Medical Research Council (MRC). You will be an enthusiastic team player with strategic planning and project management experience.
In the first part of the project you will work with multiple stakeholders to refine and co-produce oral health materials, to be delivered by Health Visitors, to parents of young children aged between 9 to 12 months in a Bradford community.
In the second part of the project you will lead an early phase study to evaluate the acceptability, feasibility and behavioural change resulting from this intervention. You will lead the qualitative data collection from parents in the home setting, health visitors and other stakeholders, taking responsibility for the evaluation and dissemination of the findings.
You will be responsible for day-to-day running of the project, staff and financial management. The post is a fixed term 12 month post owing to the funding obtained.
