As a Front-End Developer you are responsible for developing front-end web solutions using HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, CSS and JSON Services. Additionally, you are responsible for interacting with our IT partners to ensure a clear, efficient approach to delivery, quality in all promoted work, scalable and well thought out approaches, and front-end technologies that are appropriately implemented. Join a team of highly intellectual developers doing a bleeding edge enterprise development as a hands-on lead UI Developer responsible for the development of the UI. The UI lead developer will have the ability to create attractive looking browser-agnostic web interface.

Desired Skills and Expertise
BA/BS degree (or equivalent) minimum (Computer Science or related field).
Strong knowledge of one or more JavaScript libraries i.e. Angular, JQuery, Backbone. It is a Must.
Experience using JS Frameworks/Libraries (jQuery, Bootstrap.js, Backbone.js, Underscore.js) is a must

2+ years of professional experience using JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks? Angular, JQuery preferred
Expert knowledge of HTML/XHTML/HTML5
Expert knowledge of CSS (object-oriented CSS, CSS3, transitions, transforms, keyframe animations)
Strong experience of responsive development, familiarity with Zurb is a Plus.
Strong experience of Object-Oriented JavaScript
Strong experience of interface development toolkits: html5boilerplate, Modernizr, HTML5 Shiv, Less
Experience with PuTTY, Git and Jenkins CI
Mobile development experience, possibly using jQuery Mobile, Phone Gap, jQT and Sencha touch
Experience with UI frameworks and specific integrated development environments (IDE).
Shipped at least 2 products containing extensive use of JavaScript
Experience with MVC frameworks
Experience in bringing the the Internet closer to end users, speeding up the user experience.
Build highly available, low-latency, and scalable services.
Passionate about best practice: standards compliance, progressive enhancement, accessibility, semantic web
Strong experience in cross browser and cross platform development
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the Development, User Experience, Product Management, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance teams.
Demonstrates creative, technical, and analytical skills.
Participate in design meetings to formulate design strategy and design documentation for new features, enhanced functionality and fixes.
Assist in UI architecture progression and UI development.
Ensure robustness and correctness of the system by applying best test practices and by promoting the use of those practices within the broader engineering team.
Perform unit testing using manual and/or automated techniques.
Perform development related activities in accordance to corporate standards.
Support investigations arising from the customer base.
Work within current constraints of a website or application to extend functionality or support User-Experience (Design) direction.
Maintain and update development standards library with best-practice approaches to front-end coding and development techniques and processes.
Maintain and update documentation library with system, site, and process level guidance information.
Contribute to an international high performance development team; engage cross functionally to ensure that designs and development satisfy product requirements, ensure customer quality and are delivered on time.
Help the team to drive the analysis and resolution of key quality issues and performance problems impacting design and production.
Effectively communicate cross functionally and across department boundaries
