What I will be doing?
You will be part of the core team working on challenging problems on the cloud - including managing of Production.
Maintaining a highly scalable cloud based app to give smooth performance for large number of users.
Develop logic and write code to validate architectural design decisions, ensuring maintainability, performance, security and scalability.
Ownership and responsibility for architecture, design, delivery of the product.
Working with the teams to translate business strategies and requirements into solutions.
Lead the product development team.
Mentor software engineers on design, architecture, coding practices and engineering processes.
Work with cross-functional team, collaborating with multiple sub-teams during development cycle.
Evangelize best practices across multiple sub-teams.
You will be improving the efficiency of our cloud based app.
You will have complete ownership of various features of the product, and will lead our engineering efforts eventually.
You will be coding for a world-class consumer-facing product, in a very fast paced environment.
Am I eligible for this Profile?
Must Have:
Java (JEE), Spring 3, Hibernate 4
Hands on experience in Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, Java Script (JQuery), JSP, Servlets, , Web Application Development & HTTP
Strong understanding of OO design concepts
Strong understanding of CS fundamentals (Data Structures, Algorithms and Programming Languages).
Strong knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented models.
In-depth knowledge of DI and IOC
Minimum 3 years of experience with RDBMS (preferably MySQL)
Minimum 3 years of experience with tier based end-to-end module development
Minimum 2 years of experience with Tomcat (both development & deployment)
Minimum 1 year of experience with JasperReports (or any other reporting technology)
Understanding of Maven builds and Git repository
Developed unit test cases with JUnit (Mockito etc.)
Minimum 1 year exposure to cloud (any) based deployments in clustered environments
Firsthand rich experience in developing scalable systems in a 24/7 environment.
Understanding of performance/space tradeoffs and browser compatibility issues.
Understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD) Patterns.
Strong leadership skills with a sense of ownership.
Experience in effectively mentoring team members
Experience with full life cycle development in Java.
Understanding of database-driven Web application design, relational databases, and SQL.

We'll need you to have:
Bachelors degree in computer science, and relevant 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in a highly-scalable web environment.
Experience in working with Java, PHP.
Basic knowledge in web technologies like HTML5, JavaScript & jQuery.
Experience with Django, Hadoop, mobile applications is a big plus.
