Rewardz is a corporate perks service based in Singapore that complements human resource (HR) efforts for medium to large organisations. The mobile and web-based platform helps organisations acquire company benefits from third-party vendors, as well as organise company events, handle corporate bookings and deliver customised push notifications for the organization’s HR activities.
In just under two years, Rewardz has garnered more than 30 clients, including National University Healthcare System (NUHS). Aetos, Courts, Crocs, DB Schenker, Fuji Xerox, IHG, SPRING Singapore. Rewardz has also received recognition as "Best in Benefit Technology" during the Benefits Asia 2013 Conference.
In April 2015, the Rewardz application was rebranded as EmPerks, making Rewardz an umbrella brand for both its current product lines – EmPerks and Flabuless.
About EmPerks
· Created in 2012, EmPerks is Rewardz's flagship online and mobile app that provides employees with corporate privileges in areas such as health, food and beverage, and lifestyle. EmPerks makes corporate rate information more accessible via web and mobile, and simplifies perks redemption for employees whose organisations are signed up with the service. Emperks - a benefits app via which users can redeem their corporate (or membership) perks. (No physical card or printing vouchers). We are the market leader in the space of fringe employee benefits in Singapore with over 25,000 members.
About Flabuless
Launched as a full-fledged mobile application in April 2015, Flabuless encourages employees to keep fit by rewarding them with both cash and non-cash incentives by completing individual and team fitness challenges, as well as compete with one another with online fitness tracking records and leaderboard comparisons. Flabuless is also programmed to seamlessly sync with popular fitness devices such as RunKeeper and Fitbit for a better experience. first corporate wellness app in Singapore via which users can track their fitness activities and check-ins at healthy eateries to gain reward points. In a short span of 4 months, we have on-boarded over 9000 users who are tracking more than 2000 activities per day.

Responsibilities
We are currently searching for a Senior Android developer ready to bring their skills to a very driven and exciting start-up team. You will work closely with the product owner and mobile developers to continuously build and evolve our back-end platform for Rewardz. We are building cool products in the corporate fitness space and you will be required to contribute and drive this development.
What you will do:
Experience in iPhone, iPad, Cocoa ,Objective-c Development and Android applications. Strong Objective-C skills and inside-and-out knowledge of the IOS SDK. Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and a strong passion for software development. Already have applications in the App store is a must. Sound knowledge of memory management is a must. Knowledge of debugging /performance tools.
Comprehensive experience with iOS development, including extensive knowledge of major frameworks like Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
Someone who has worked on Swift.
Deep understanding of Objective C, including memory management and the - Foundation Framework.
Experience with REST API programming experience with JSON.
Experience with iOS development tools such as: XCode 4, Cocoa, Cocoa Touch, XIB, storyboard, CoreData, NS Notification, MVC pattern.
Knowledge of iOS networking and Multithreading.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Proven experience with one or more apps published in the app store.
Experience in monetizing apps using Ad Networks.
Experience of SDK Development with support of iOS 6+
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Knowledge of any Server side language, a plus
HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript experience, a plus
Deep knowledge of Objective-C and Xcode, including modern syntax and blocks
UIKit, Core Graphics, Auto Layout, Storyboards
Solid understanding of memory management with and without ARC SQlite, Core Data, and relational data design
