Key job roles:
Designing UI elements to be used across desktop website, mobile website & mobile
application
UX work for enhancing workflow and experience
o Solve a complex interaction design problem
o Create a high level wireframe of an important task flow
o Digest data from a usability study and think about how to translate it into
concrete user interface design improvements
Review the latest build and talk to the developer about a bug you found
Refine a persona based on customer feedback
Design e-mailers campaigns & advertisement banners
Plan and design guides, handbooks to be sent to our users & business partners
Technical Skills Required:
Expertise in Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator/Coral Draw and/or Sketch
Experience in website design including mobile responsive design and Mobile Application
Added advantage if the candidate has experience in HTML/CSS
Knowledge base of current graphic design trend e.g. material Design, Flat Design etc
Personal Skills Desired:
Strong written and oral communication skills
Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and agile
environment of a startup
Team player, should be able to coordinate well with everyone on the team - including all
stakeholders, tech lead and founder
