Your Responsibilities
- Take ownership for UI and UX design of Inflolabs frontend and mobile applications
- Create concepts to test and validate product ideas
- Work in close collaboration with our talented engineers on a daily basis to ensure we ship the right solution
- Plan and conduct regular user testing sessions

- Innovate new product design ideas

What we expect
- You have a creative mindset to challenge status quo
- You are very detail oriented and do not compromise on the challenges
- You dont hesitate to experiment with colors and can't stop yourself from design thinking
- You are highly proficient with design and prototyping software like Adobe Illustrator/CS,Sketch,etc
- You have an impeccable design style and expert knowledge of design fundamentals
- You have solid understanding of design patterns for web, iOS and Android
- You can conduct user testing and analyse findings
- You are able to collaborate with a team to envision and iterate on concepts
- You are an excellent communicator, able to convey ideas and debate design rationale
- You deliver within the deadlines without compromising on quality
- You are fluent in English
Considered a plus
- solid understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript
- You have already worked in a startup
