We are currently looking for a talented testing (QA) Engineer to join our development team in Bangalore.
What we are looking for
Must Have
With 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in testing large scale, high traffic, multi-client web and mobile applications.
Solid experience working with the testing tools like Jmeter, Selenium etc.
Authoring test cases based on the business requirements
Experience of using bug reporting tools
Escalating issues to development teams and resolving bug
Perform scalability and performance testing simulating real life environments through techniques
Utilize innovate test technologies to develop product testing strategies
Role involves working with multiple teams
Responsible for designing and developing automated tools or frameworks for highly optimized test coverage
Ability to work in a startup environment with limited supervision
Able to take initiatives and implement them without much guidance
Firm understanding of evolving technology trends and coding standards
Someone who sleeps, breathes and drinks of coding web applications
Commitment to deliver a quality product with agreed features on schedule
Excellent in written and verbal communication
Good to Have
Someone who blogs/tweets on technology trends and active in tech forums
Currently working in a startup or started a startup previously
Knowledge of finance especially loans and mortgages
