Who are we?
We’re neither shooting in the dark nor doing a startup just for the heck of doing a startup.
We are a group of people who are highly passionate about the convergence of finance and technology (Fintech). Our founding team is from IIT Delhi, with several years of corporate experience in Management Consulting (BCG), Private Equity Investing (Bain Capital), VC Investing (Acumen) and Product Management (Amazon US).
We have founders who’ve worked on consulting projects with top 5 retail banks, evaluated investment opportunities in non-banking financial companies (NBFC) and bring an unmatched level of domain expertise about Finance which is critical in Fintech other sectors.

Why Fintech?
Unlike other sectors, we’re playing in Trillion $ markets that have the potential to impact the whole of India (yes, we actually tried counting the zeroes)
If E-commerce was for 2008-10, Transport (uber) for 2013-2014 and Foodtech for 2014-15, then the time for Fintech is now: 2015.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for frontend developers, backend engineers, systems architects, big data engineers, UI/UX engineers, and security enthusiasts (PCI-DSS etc).
We’re looking for someone with the passion for getting things done. You’re experienced, but you also like to learn new things. You’re smart enough to work at top companies, but you’re picky about finding the right role (this is more than just a job, right?). We want developers who are also free thinkers, who can debate on the pros and cons of different architectures / tech stack choices. You like solving hardest of the hard problems. And you want to work with super smart people and have fun building something great.
We believe that the difference between a great developer and a good developer is actually 10X better final product, so if you think you’re a great developer, reward is no bar for us (be it cash or equity). We have soft commitments from VCs already.
