We are looking to appoint a dynamic, highly motivated and emotionally intelligent midwife with expert knowledge of contemporary issues in the field of midwifery.

About the Role
To be successful for this post you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and have a recordable teaching qualification and higher degree or working towards a higher degree and committed to undertaking a teaching qualification. You will demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for student-centred learning in the provision of high quality education. You will be a forward thinking professional with excellent communication skills and an engaging approach to effective team working.
The successful candidate will play a significant role in the Midwifery Education portfolio and in the work of the Faculty of Health & Social Care as a whole.
Successful applicants will be committed to engaging in scholarship and research contributing to the knowledge and profile of the Department in line with the Faculty’s research strategy.
