About the Role

The Faculty of Health and Social Care is at the forefront of health and social care education in the North West and is one of the largest providers in the region. The Faculty has a growing national research profile and a successful track record in undertaking externally commissioned service evaluation on a wide range of topics.

Based at the Ormskirk campus you will be part of the award winning Customer Service team to deliver a full range of support functions to academic and other administrative staff.

This is varied and challenging role and will require you to support in embedding Customer Service Excellence processes. This is an ideal opportunity to get experience in a busy but challenging environment as the initial point of contact of a well-established, forward thinking and progressive environment.

About You

You will be an open, friendly and flexible administrative professional who will enhance the reputation of our service in the university. Your organisational and prioritisation skills will naturally enable you to work effectively under pressure and to competing demands.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deliver fantastic customer care independently as well as part of this team in a fast paced environment.
